PAYMENT METHODS AND POLICIES
The TruckerCode.com payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards. PayPal is an industry leading safe, secure, easy way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment with your PayPal account or other payment methods. PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). PayPal e-check may take an additional 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal. The TruckerCode.com never stores or has access to account or payment card information.
The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment via PayPal is completely traceable by the purchaser. By using your PayPal account, only you can view and trace the status of your payment. When using any payment method through PayPal, no one will see your payment method card or account numbers. This reduces the risk of any unauthorized usage. The TruckerCode.com does not store or capture any payment or credit card information on purchases and complies with all industry security standards established by the major credit card companies to protect buyers from cardholder information theft. Access to all account payment and/or credit card information is strictly limited to the vendors authorized for processing the purchase process.
Using the PayPal service:
1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our secure website to enter PayPal’s secure website.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you do not have one.
3) You can use PayPal as you choose according to the on-screen instructions.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Processing and Shipping Time
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers depending on your order and choice. Both standard and express shipping options are available. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with standard shipping typically taking 5–10 business days after processing, and expedited Shipping taking 2–4 business days after processing. Shipping time does vary by location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors. The TruckerCode.com is not responsible for: Delays caused by carriers or external conditions, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, or, lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Shipping Rates.
Standard shipping and expedited shipping is based upon the packaging size and weight of items purchased. It will be calculated and displayed upon entering an address in the shopping cart and at checkout based upon location.
Tracking Information
Once your payment has processed, you will receive an email confirming its acceptance. Our tracking number service is still under development at this time, but all efforts will be made to provide an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes tracking is not available based upon the shipping method chosen, or if free shipping applies. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

REFUND, RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
The TruckerCode.com refund, return, replacement, and/or exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund, return, replacement, and/or exchange.
Refunds, returns, replacements and/or exchanges are only offered in case of a damaged/defective product or manufacturing error. Refunds, returns, replacements, and/or exchanges are not offered or supported if the wrong size or color is ordered, or if the customer simply changes their mind. Any products lost in shipping, returned to sender, or unsuccessful deliveries will only be replaced with identical items. In case of a damaged/defective/flawed product or manufacturing error, The TruckerCode.com offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please email us at info@TruckerCode.com providing a clear photo showing the issue with the product prior to sending any items for refund, return, replacement, or exchange. In the event of a refund, return, replacement, and/or exchange, a return authorization will be emailed with further instructions regarding product mailing instructions. All refund determinations are at The TruckerCode.com final discretion and determination. All returns are to be mailed to The TruckerCode.com with return authorization, and receipt of proof of purchase, at the purchasers shipping expense/cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you have not paid for the return items shipping. To be eligible for a refund, replacement, return, or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For any inquiries, please email info@TruckerCode.com. Items that are not eligible for return or refund include: Gift cards, Undergarments, and Sale, Discounted or Promotional products. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of the refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 3-5). Refunds are only issued in United States currency/funds and/or to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@TruckerCode.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund, return, replacement or exchange to the original gift giver and they will assist you further regarding your return.
Replacement or Exchange
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced/exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more information about processing and shipping times please refer to the above section on this page.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
